How to Complain
Use our Contact page, or the "Report a Concern" option on our Boundaries page if it involves a creator's conduct. Tell us what happened, when, and who was involved.
What Happens Next
Every complaint is read by a person, not a filter. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days, and to resolve or update you within 10 working days. Complaints involving a creator's conduct are investigated under our Boundaries policy, and can result in immediate suspension of that creator's account while we look into it.
Billing Disputes
Contact us first, most issues, like non-delivery, a technical fault, or the wrong item, are resolved directly. If you paid by card, you also have the right to raise a dispute with your card issuer.
Data Complaints
If your complaint is about how we've handled your personal data, see our Privacy Policy for your rights. You can also complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Still Unhappy
If we can't resolve things between us, details of an independent alternative dispute resolution service will be added here once one is appointed.
